Overview
The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) Post Covid-19 Clinic is based at Bentley Health Service for patients in the EMHS catchment who are still experiencing non-urgent significant symptoms at least twelve weeks from the date of positive SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis (confirmed by positive RAT or PCR) and where other causes have been excluded.
Referrals to be made by a GP via the Central Referral Service (CRS).
